We also understand that it is equally important to create the environment where people's efforts bear fruit. PURANIKS has created the fertile soil for efforts to bear fruit by adopting the process approach.

All materials that are permanently incorporated into Works are tested for conformance to established quality norms. In-house laboratory for sites are established backed by checks from independent approved laboratories.

Standard Operating Procedures are pre-defined for all stages of work from excavation to foundations to superstructure to finishes to handover. These procedures are based on codal norms AND leading-expert-inputs AND our long experience.

Leading consultants in the industry provide design inputs - for Geotechnical investigation, Foundations / RCC / seismic resistant design, Plumbing / Health & Sanitation system / Power supply & Electrical system / Air conditioning system, Landscaping, effluent treatment.

Safe Conduct of Works

Safety is an inherent feature. The mindset, the design, the site-layouts, the materials, the methods adopted, refresher training and monitoring. Backed by regular safety audits by professional external agency.

Audit by independent agencies

Puraniks has established three levels of defence to confirm conformance to standards. One, the internal and independent quality department audits, second, the verification by consultants and third, the external technical auditor. All of these quite separate from the systems-audit under our Quality Management System as per ISO 9001.

Research and Development

Learning and testing is an ongoing activity. New materials / methods are researched, tested for their capacity to add value, before incorporating into practice.

Construction Techniques

Strong Skeleton - RCC works (framed structure consisting of foundations, columns and beams) are the basis for a safe and durable building. We specialize in use of Design Mix Concrete, using Fly ash and admixtures that add value. The latest and tested construction techniques, appropriate to the project, are adopted.

Strong muscles and skin - the masonry infill (brickwork and rendering), the external cladding features, water proofing, painting - we use appropriate materials with a view to reduce / eliminate maintenance.
